Only bad moments... And there has been A LOT of those lately! I feel like I'm at my breaking point.....I just have to remember today is a new day & I need to be thankful for that! March has been a very tough month for the Bensen's. Blake ear infections followed 5 days later by a double ear infection and strep, then the older 2 boys strep and Cole pink eye 2 days after Blake. I was so excited to start a new week that was going to be "normal"....until I rolled and totalled my car that Monday. The next few weeks was figuring out everything with insurance, finding and purchasing a new car, etc... This time of year for work is unbearably busy with meeting, referrals and evaluations. I'm drowning in work stuff.....Last night I took to Blake to after hours at the clinic where he was diagnosed with Influenza A (also known as H1N1 or Swine flu). Last night he was up a lot. Today his nose is running like a faucet and is coughing like crazy. I shouldn't have read anything only about it because now I'm even more worried. The Dr. wants to see him again Monday morning to make sure he hasn't had any respiratory complications.
Whew! So this weekend instead of the fun weekend planned going to the Rugby tournament and then spending time with Mary & Ryan Swick, going to church and taking some more pictures. Instead we will be spending the weekend quarantined to our house. Boo! But maybe that's a good thing. Going to head into town and get some Lysol, wipes, bleach and will be scrubbing the house today :)
