Oh Man I Needed This Weekend!!!

Saying I have been stressed lately is an understatement.  If you're reading this you know how crazy my life is right now and it's a daily battle.  I constantly feel incompetent.  I feel like I'm not a good enough parent because I'm always trying to multi-task..getting things done when I should be focusing all my attention on them.  I am not an attentive wife letting Beau fend for himself and expecting him to pick up the slack that I cause.  I am not the best therapist because I am drowning in paperwork, referrals, evals, and Results Matter-not to mention driving ALL the time.  By the time I get to my homework I am 100% exhausted, my mind no longer functioning on all cylinders (not that it ever has) and if I don't get an A in the class I lose financial aid.  I feel like I'm an awful friend because my life is so hectic and I am just dead tired that I have no time to keep up with a lot of people I should.

This weekend was EXACTLY what I needed.  It was reassurance that everything WILL be ok.  I know that I have some ABSOLUTELY AMAZING people in my life and I could not get through all of this without them.  I stopped worrying, stopped stressing and just enjoyed everyone around me for awhile.  It was GREAT!

We surprised on of my best friends for her birthday with Bob's Bar and some much needed friend (and grease) time! Allison, Nathan, Sophia, Kyra, Josh, Haylee, Mel, Travis, Molly, Myles, Allison, Andrew, Beau, me, Cole, Hunter, Blake and Amy joined in on the fun!

I got some MUCH needed time with the most important person in my life....

I shot my 2nd deer and was able to share the excitement with Beau

& then spent the night playing Parcheesi with 2 very special people that I wish lived closer!

Celebrated Thanksgiving and this boy along with the rest of my family is the reason I live and what I am thankful for!

 

 

 

Celebrated my Mom's birthday and the boys were able to show her the cards they made!

And the boys got their Halloween baskets (Movies, popcorn & candy)

 

So thank you for everyone in my life and for always being there for me even when I feel like I'm not reciprocating the effort!  I love you all!

 

Now onto a SHORT work week and then headed out to Harrison, NE for more family time!!
